Provider Registration Policy & Disclaimer
Please review the registration rules and provider participation standards that apply on CaseBridges.

1. Purpose of Provider Registration
CaseBridges allows licensed behavioral health professionals to register on the Platform in order to view case listings submitted by individuals seeking services or by authorized professionals acting on behalf of such individuals.
The Platform is designed to facilitate informational connections and professional collaboration within the behavioral health provider community.
Registered providers may review case listings and independently determine whether they wish to initiate contact with individuals seeking services.
Provider registration does not create any employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or contractual service relationship between the provider and CaseBridges.
All providers participate on the Platform as independent professionals.
2. Eligibility for Provider Registration
Individuals seeking to register as providers must hold a valid and active professional license authorizing them to provide behavioral health services in at least one jurisdiction within the United States.
Eligible professionals may include, but are not limited to:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Psychologists
- Psychiatrists
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- Other licensed behavioral health professionals permitted under applicable laws
Providers must be legally authorized to provide services in the jurisdictions where they practice and are responsible for complying with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
3. Provider Registration Information
During the registration process, providers may be asked to submit professional information including:
- full legal name
- professional license number
- copy of professional license
- professional contact information
- jurisdiction(s) of licensure
Providers represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
Providers agree to promptly update their registration information if any changes occur to their professional credentials or contact information.
4. License Verification Disclaimer
CaseBridges may review submitted information for administrative purposes.
However, CaseBridges does not independently verify the status, validity, or disciplinary history of provider licenses with licensing boards or regulatory authorities.
CaseBridges does not guarantee that any provider appearing on the Platform holds a valid license or maintains credentials in good standing.
Users of the Platform are responsible for independently verifying provider credentials and licensure status prior to engaging in professional services.
Providers are solely responsible for maintaining valid licensure and complying with all applicable licensing laws and professional regulations.
5. Provider Independence
Providers using the Platform operate as independent professionals.
CaseBridges does not supervise, direct, manage, or control the professional activities of providers.
CaseBridges does not participate in the delivery of behavioral health services.
Providers are solely responsible for all aspects of their professional services, including:
- determining whether to initiate contact with individuals seeking services
- conducting intake assessments and screenings
- obtaining informed consent
- determining treatment approaches
- complying with professional ethical standards
- maintaining appropriate clinical documentation
- managing scheduling and appointments
- verifying insurance coverage
- billing and payment arrangements
- complying with applicable healthcare regulations
CaseBridges does not provide clinical supervision, treatment guidance, or professional oversight.
6. Provider-Client Relationship
Any professional relationship that may arise after contact is established occurs solely between the provider and the individual seeking services.
CaseBridges does not establish a provider-client relationship with any user of the Platform.
CaseBridges is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or professional conduct of providers using the Platform.
All clinical responsibility remains solely with the provider delivering services.
7. No Provider Endorsement
Provider registration or appearance on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, verification, or recommendation by CaseBridges.
CaseBridges does not evaluate:
- clinical competence
- treatment methods
- professional experience
- ethical conduct
- quality of care
Users are responsible for independently evaluating any provider they choose to engage.
8. Appropriate Use of the Platform by Providers
Providers agree to use the Platform only for lawful and professional purposes consistent with behavioral health practice.
Providers must not:
- misrepresent professional credentials
- submit false licensing information
- impersonate another provider
- misuse client information obtained through the Platform
- engage in unlawful or unethical conduct
- use the Platform for marketing unrelated services
- attempt to extract or scrape data from the Platform
Providers are responsible for ensuring that communications with individuals seeking services comply with applicable privacy laws and professional confidentiality obligations.
9. Third-Party Intake Submissions
Providers who submit intake forms on behalf of a client represent that the submission has been made with the client’s knowledge and consent.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted on behalf of a client complies with applicable privacy laws and professional confidentiality obligations.
CaseBridges does not verify whether appropriate consent has been obtained.
Responsibility for obtaining authorization rests solely with the submitting provider.
10. No Guarantee of Referrals or Case Opportunities
Registration on the Platform does not guarantee that providers will receive case opportunities, referrals, or client inquiries.
The availability of case listings may vary depending on user submissions, geographic location, insurance compatibility, provider specialization, and other factors.
Providers independently determine whether they wish to respond to any case listing.
CaseBridges does not distribute, assign, or guarantee cases to providers.
11. Platform Access and Provider Removal
CaseBridges reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate provider access to the Platform at its sole discretion.
Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to:
- inaccurate or fraudulent registration information
- misuse of the Platform
- violation of platform policies
- behavior that may harm users or the integrity of the Platform
Removal from the Platform does not affect any independent professional relationships established between providers and clients outside the Platform.
12. Limitation of Platform Responsibility
CaseBridges operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates informational connections between individuals seeking services and licensed professionals.
CaseBridges does not provide healthcare services and does not assume responsibility for:
- clinical decisions
- treatment outcomes
- provider conduct
- professional negligence
- insurance disputes
- billing practices
Providers remain solely responsible for the services they provide.
13. Changes to Provider Registration Policy
CaseBridges reserves the right to modify or update this Provider Registration Policy at any time.
Providers are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the policy.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
