Terms of Use
Please review the terms that govern access to and use of CaseBridges.
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Provider,” or “you”) and CaseBridges LLC (“CaseBridges,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of the CaseBridges website and any services made available through the website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, submitting an intake form, registering as a provider, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Purpose of the Platform
CaseBridges provides an online technology platform designed to support informational connections and professional collaboration within the mental health and behavioral health care community.
The Platform allows individuals seeking mental health or behavioral health services to submit limited intake information describing their general service needs. This information may appear as case listings that participating licensed professionals may review.
The Platform is designed primarily to support the mental health provider community by enabling licensed professionals to view potential service requests and identify opportunities to assist individuals seeking care.
Intake forms may also be submitted by authorized professionals on behalf of a client, including therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, case managers, social workers, hospital discharge planners, or other behavioral health professionals, provided that such submissions are made with the client’s knowledge and consent.
The Platform also enables provider-to-provider case collaboration, allowing licensed professionals who are unable to accept a case due to scheduling limitations, insurance compatibility, geographic restrictions, or clinical specialization to help connect individuals with other providers who may be available to assist.
3. Role of the Platform and Limitations of Service
CaseBridges operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates informational sharing and optional communication between users and licensed professionals.
CaseBridges does not provide mental health or behavioral health services and does not deliver therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or any other form of clinical care.
The Platform does not match individuals with providers, assign cases, recommend providers, or determine which provider should respond to any case listing.
Licensed professionals independently decide whether they wish to contact individuals seeking services.
CaseBridges does not supervise, monitor, or manage communications between providers and individuals seeking services.
Any professional relationship formed after contact is established exists solely between the licensed provider and the individual seeking services.
CaseBridges is not a party to that relationship.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Licensed professionals using the Platform (“Providers”) are solely responsible for ensuring that their professional conduct complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards governing mental health or behavioral health services.
- Providers represent that they hold valid and active professional licenses authorizing them to provide services in the jurisdictions in which they practice.
- Providers are responsible for ensuring that all professional information submitted to the Platform, including credentials and licensing information, is accurate and current.
- Providers are responsible for conducting their own screening, intake procedures, informed consent processes, and clinical assessments when initiating contact with individuals through the Platform.
- Providers remain solely responsible for all clinical services, treatment decisions, documentation, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Providers acknowledge that they operate as independent professionals and that CaseBridges does not control, supervise, or direct their clinical activities.
5. User Responsibilities
Individuals submitting intake information through the Platform must ensure that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Users must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or impersonate another person.
- Users should provide only general descriptions of their service needs and should avoid submitting detailed medical records or sensitive protected health information through the Platform unless specifically requested by a provider after direct communication has been established.
- Users are responsible for evaluating any provider who contacts them and for verifying provider credentials, licensing status, and professional suitability before engaging services.
The Platform is not intended for emergency use. Users experiencing a mental health crisis should contact emergency services or appropriate crisis support resources immediately.
6. Third-Party Intake Submission and Client Authorization
Intake information may be submitted by authorized professionals on behalf of a client.
Such professionals may include therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, case managers, social workers, or hospital discharge planners assisting a client in locating appropriate services.
Any person submitting intake information on behalf of another individual represents that they have obtained the client’s knowledge and consent.
CaseBridges does not independently verify whether proper authorization has been obtained, and responsibility for obtaining such consent rests solely with the submitting party.
7. Provider Contact and Communication
Providers may review case listings and independently determine whether to initiate contact with individuals seeking services.
Initial contact may occur through the Platform’s messaging system or through other communication methods made available through the Platform.
After initial contact, further communication may occur outside the Platform through email, telephone, telehealth platforms, or other communication channels selected by the parties.
CaseBridges does not supervise or control communications between providers and users.
8. No Provider Endorsement and No Guarantee of Services
The appearance of any provider on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by CaseBridges.
CaseBridges does not verify provider credentials with licensing boards and does not evaluate professional competence or clinical judgment.
The Platform does not guarantee that providers will review case listings, initiate contact, accept cases, or provide services.
CaseBridges does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of any services that may be provided by professionals who contact users through the Platform.
9. Insurance, Billing, and Financial Responsibility
CaseBridges does not verify insurance coverage, determine eligibility for reimbursement, or process insurance claims.
The Platform does not collect payments, negotiate service fees, or participate in financial transactions between providers and users.
All financial arrangements relating to professional services must be handled directly between the provider and the individual receiving services.
CaseBridges is not responsible for billing disputes, insurance coverage decisions, or reimbursement outcomes.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality Considerations
CaseBridges collects only limited intake information necessary to allow providers to determine whether they may wish to initiate contact.
CaseBridges is not a healthcare provider and is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
The Platform is not intended to function as a clinical record system.
Confidential information exchanged after contact is established is governed by the provider’s professional confidentiality obligations.
Users should review the CaseBridges Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how data may be collected and used.
11. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the Platform or interfere with its normal operation.
Prohibited activities include submitting false information, impersonating others, attempting unauthorized system access, using automated scraping tools, distributing malware, or using the Platform for unrelated commercial solicitation.
